Nov 6, 2023 New Scapes contractors recently completed our backyard landscape project in Lodi, CA. This was a new construction home and backyard was a complete from scratch remodel. We decided to go with New Scapes because they had expertise to execute all aspects of our construction project for our house. To include: Relocating our perimeter fence line, construction of new RV access gate, new stamped cement for patio and walkway, patio cover, new irrigation system (both drip and sprinkler), drainage system, electrical lines for patio, hot tub and landscape lighting system, new grass lawn with stamped mow strip, plants and trees and trellises within rock base flower and two stand alone vegetable beds (with irrigation). We received a great design concept from Russell Vernaza (Owner) in 3D format at the outset of project. Their workers were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My Wife and I are immensely pleased at the results of the entire project! We look forward to many years of enjoying our back yard. With so many contractors and landscape companies out there it can become overwhelming and very time consuming when searching for the right fit - at least it was for us. We ended up reaching out to New-Scapes after a friend had used them; the transformation on their backyard was incredible, it looked like a mini resort! Additionally, our friends had nothing but great things to say about the quality and professionalism of the employees. Needless to say, we called up New-Scapes and had them come out for a free estimate; we also ended up getting a 360 degree virtual computer design of what the final result would be - we couldn't have been happier with the results. It was as if Russel (the designer) pulled the the images we had in our head and plussed them -it was beyond our expectations. (Side note: the attention to detail on the virtual design was spot on; they even incorporated an exact replica of our house into the design - the dimensions, paint color, windows and roof tiles were exact. This made it so much easier to visualize the final product.) Five months later, my wife and I are very happy customers with the final result; we too have our own little oasis in our backyard now. There were a couple times they had to cancel and reschedule planned work during the process due to weather, but they kept us in the loop and communicated any and all set backs - which were few. One other thing to note is their great custumer service. A day after the grass and plants were put in, I had trouble working the sprinkler timer. Russel came over that same night and walked me through step by step on how to operate it. When all is said and done, we would pick New-Scapes again - hands down. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for experienced professionals that do high quality work.
